| 摘 要： | 一卡通用、一卡多用是城市信息化管理的发展趋势,是便民、惠民的实事工程。结合武汉市IC卡应用现状,提出建设一卡通的几点建议:解决机制问题,统一技术平台,制定技术规范,加强资金的监管等。由于地铁公司已经建立了一个先进的,符合建设事业的IC卡应用技术标准的系统,并储备了大量的技术力量为避免重复建设带来的资源浪费,在轨道交通清分中心建设期间由地铁公司详尽研究和解决相关技术问题,为城市一卡通提供运营管理平台。

| Abstract: | According to the principle of unified planning,unified construction,unified card issuer and unified management in AFC requirements,big cities in China will adopt the smart card system as the focus of the information management.Because the application of IC card covers public transport areas,it may also extend to other areas.To develop a card with multi-purposes is the trend for city's information management,because its convenience and benefit in practical projects.The use of IC card in Wuhan City will rely on the URT,and which in return will accelerate the construction of urban traffic smart card system. |
