TSC管桩低应变测试方法

摘    要:通过一定的检测手段及时发现问题对工程的质量控制将会起到非常关键的作用。对于常规预制桩,国内相关完整性和承载力检测手段相对较为成熟,也有多种检测标准或规范,但对TSC桩这种特殊桩型,质量检验标准、质量检验手段尚不明确,也缺乏相关标准规范,在一定程度上阻碍了TSC桩的推广应用。提出适合水运行业TSC管桩波动方程的计算方法,并结合数值模拟和现场检测对采用低应变法测试TSC桩身完整性的可行性进行了论证,研究结果表明采用低应变法测试TSC桩身完整性是可行的。

Abstract:To find problems in time through certain tests is key to control the quality.For conventional precast pile,the domestic related testing methods are relatively mature and integrity,and there are multiple inspection standard or specification.For TSC pile,the means for quality inspection are unclear,and there are not related standards and specifications,which hinders the promotion and application of TSC pile to some extent.In this paper,a suitable calculation method of TSC pile for water transportation industry is put forward.Combined with numerical simulation and field test of low strain test,the feasibility of pile body completeness of TSC is demonstrated.The results show that it is feasible for TSC pile to test the pile body completeness with low-strain test.
