四面六边透水框架群抛施工工艺

摘    要:针对混凝土四面六边体透水框架人工抛投存在的抛投不均、安全风险大等问题,结合长江中游荆江河道航道整治工程实例,对四面六边透水框架投抛施工工艺进行研究,设计了专用抛投吊架。施工采取群抛技术,更加有力地控制了透水框架的落水点,定位精准、抛投均匀,同时避免了传统施工中出现的人员或甲板作业,大大降低了施工过程中的安全隐患。

Abstract:To counter the problem of uneven distribution and safety risk of artificial throwing in the Jingjiang reach channel regulation project in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,a special throwing hanger is designed.The construction adopts group throwing technology which can control the splash of pervious frame and guarantee the accurate positioning and even throwing.Meanwhile,it avoids the personnel or deck operation which are needed in the traditional construction,and thus reduces the safety risks during construction.
