某差速器壳体的优化设计

摘    要:用Altair软件Optistruct模块优化功能对某车桥差速器壳体进行拓扑优化;根据拓扑优化的结果重新设计差速器壳体,对加强筋重新布局,之后用MSC软件对新设计壳体进行强度分析,以验证优化结果。结果表明优化结果可行,该拓扑方法可以有效引导差速器壳体的设计。

Abstract:An axle differential case was optimized based on Altair software with Optistrust module optimization function. According to the optimization result, a new differential case was designed by adjusting the reinforcing rib,and then analyzed by the MSC software to check the strength. The results show the optimization method is feasible and is helpful to guiding design of a differential case.
