脾脏巨噬细胞对门脉高压症脾亢及脾脏免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨脾脏巨噬细胞 (M)对门脉高压症 (PHT)脾亢以及脾脏免疫功能的影响。方法 采用免疫组化和透射电镜等方法 ,观察PHT脾脏M的数量、分布、超微结构、M内ACP含量以及M吞噬破坏血细胞数量的变化。结果 PHT脾内M细胞密度减少 ,M内ACP含量增多 ,M表面伪足增多、增长、胞内溶酶体数量增多 ,M吞噬破坏红细胞、血小板的数量明显增多。结论 脾脏M在PHT脾亢的发生中起着重要作用 ,PHT脾脏仍具有一定的免疫功能

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of splenic macrophage (Mφ) on the hypersplenismand splenic immune function of portal hypertension(PHT). Methods The changes in the quantity,distribution, ulstrastructure of Mφ; the quantity of ACP in Mφ and the quantity of Mφ phagocytizingblood cells in the spleen of PHT were observed by the method of irnrnunohistochemistry and trans-mission electron microscope. Results It was found that the quantity of the Mφ per area in the spleendecreased. The active quantity of ACP in Mφ increased. The surface folopodia of Mφ increased and lengthened. The quantity of lysosome in Mφ and the quantity of Mφ phagocytizing erythrocytes andplatelets increased. Conclusion Therefore, it can be considered that the splenic Mφ can play a vitalrole in the occurrence of the hypersplenism of PHT, the spleen of PHT still had some immune fun-tion.
