| 摘 要： | 11月2日上午9时许，中国海事执法船“海巡21”，载着被3艘外籍渔业辅助船挟持的15名中国公民，安全靠泊在浙江舟山长峙码头，标志着10月20日发生在浙江舟山的外籍渔业辅助船挟持中国公民事件圆满解决。在中国海事局、中国海上搜救中心的的全力救助和韩、日两国海事部门的协助下，被挟持的15名中国公民安全回到祖国怀抱。
