汽车板簧疲劳寿命试验的电液伺服控制

摘    要:本文从汽车钢板弹簧的特性和试验要求出发,在疲劳寿命试验中采用电液伺服位置闭环控制和推挽激振方式,这种方式不仅耗功少,全使系统工作特性均衡对称、线性度好。文章就板簧的刚度特性、板间摩阻特性对系统动态特性的影响作了详细分析,并得出了系统工作频宽几科不受负载刚度变动影响、系统无谐振峰出现等项结论。

Abstract:The paper deals with the performance of automotive leaf spring. A fatigue life test device is set up, in which electro-hydraulic closed loop position servo control and push-pull excitations are adopted. It not only has low power loss, but also has well distributed symmetrical characteristics and good linearity. Then, the effect of spring rigidity and frictional damp between leaves on system dynamics is analyzed in detail. Finally, a conclusion is drawn that the change of load rigidity has almost no effect on working frequency bandwidth, and there is no resonance peak value for the system.
