| 摘 要： | 探讨了铁路运能与运量的统计方法，认为随着市场经济的发展，运输产品开始从数量到质量转变，铁路的运能和运量已逐渐转移到产品的结构、质量和价值之中。因此，其运能与运量的统计方法也应随之予以改变。

| Abstract: | In pace with development of the market economy and transformation of the transport products from quantity to quality, the railway freight volume has shown in the structure, quality and value of the products. So, the statistics method reflecting railway transport capacity and freight volume should be reformed. For this reason, a certain number of thinking is put forward in the paper. |
