| 摘 要： | 随着船舶工业技术密集程度的不断提高，科技实力和创新能力日益成为国际竞争的决定性因素。客观分析我国船舶工业自主创新的基础，找出阻碍我国船舶工业自主创新能力提升的瓶颈，并采取有效措施加以解决，对于快速提升我国船舶工业自主创新能力，使之在未来国际市场竞争中争取主动具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | With the improvement of the technology dense degree of shipbuilding industry, scientific and technical strength and innovation ability have become the decision factors of international competition. It plays an important role in improving the serf-innovation ability of Chinese shipbuilding industry by analyzing the basic of serf- innovation ability, finding out the bottleneck of hindering the improvement of serf-innovation ability and taking effective measures to solve the problem, so that Chinese shipbuilding industry can gain the initiative in the future international competition. |
