摘    要:介绍了转向梯形机构的转向原理,在现有的条件下运用双前桥转向系统的转向特性,建立转向梯形机构的数学模型。最后针对某实车的双前桥转向梯形机构,用ADAMS软件进行了仿真优化,使转向梯形机构的性能得到提高,验证了模型的正确性与实用性。

Abstract:In this paper,the steering principles of steering trapezium mechanism are introduced and the mathematical model of optimization design of steering trapezium mechanism is set up by space geometry measures based on the influence of front wheel alignments.Finally aimed at the steering trapezium mechanism of double-front-axis on certain heavy truck the program of optimization by the function of optimization toolbox in ADAMS software is compiled.The performance of which has been improved prominently,its correctness and practicability is tested and verified.
