| 摘 要： | 从后评价的角度对城市交通规划进行研究是对城市交通规划理论的补充和完善,也是城市交通规划修编的依据和前提,同时也可以提高城市交通规划的合理性与可行性.建立的城市交通规划后评价体系,可清晰地反映城市交通发展的影响因素.以可拓学的物元模型和可拓集合、关联函数理论为基础,结合复杂系统的多层次性,建立了多指标多层次的复合物元可拓综合评价模型,用对比的思想和定量化的方法分析各个被评价指标项的实施效果,通过整合各个评价指标的评价效果,从而较完整地反映被评价事物的综合水平.通过城市交通规划后评价的例子说明了所建模型合理性和实用性.
