| 摘 要： | 基于视频检测技术的交通事件自动报警系统可以对交通事件和交通流参数进行实时检测,并对交通事件以报警的形式通知管理者,能够有效预防交通事件和真实地再现事件过程,对提高城市道路交通安全和交通管理水平具有重要应用价值。文章结合杭州市采用的视频检测交通事件自动报警系统的应用实践,分析了系统在实际应用中存在的问题,并从交通管理角度出发,提出了相关解决办法与建议。

| Abstract: | Traffic incident automatic alert system that based on video detection technology plays an important role in urban traffic safety and traffic management because it could detect and reappear traffic incidents and alert managers in real time.This paper analyses problems in application of the system in Hangzhou city and gives resolution methods from the real operational point of view. |
