摘    要:介绍了激光焊接技术的发展历史、工业焊接用激光源的基本特点、激光焊接技术用于造船业的优势及其存在的困难,重点介绍了激光焊接技术在舰船建造中的应用实例,包括激光焊接大型船板、激光焊接型材、焊接瓦棱夹层板、激光焊接修复等,指出了在舰船建造中开展激光焊接技术研究的必要性。

Abstract:Since the advent of steel and in order to improve the structural efficiency over a simple flat panel design, shipbuilding has relied up arc welded frame stiffened panels for construction. It has been variously that for such structures 25 % of the man-hour used in construction used for re-work. In this paper, the development of laser welding, the features of laser sources for industrial processes were briefly introduced. The application of laser welding to the production of hull plates, corrugated core sandwich panels, fabricated structural shapes, and others for shipbuilding has been discussed, comparison between laser welding structural shapes and traditional rolled shapes was carried out, and the practical examples of laser welding products were shown. Based on literatures survey, it is suggested to develop the laser welding techniques for the domestic shipbuilding industry, and to produce laser welding products, especially laser but welding hull plate and corrugated core sandwich panels, and then to improve the competitive ability of domestic shipbuilding in the international market.
