摘    要:结合京石客运专线路基段42号板式无砟道岔运输及吊装敷设,对国内高铁路基段42号板式无砟道岔首次采用汽车运输短配轨、扣件系统,提前组装,火车运输长配轨、辙叉至现场,采用2台履带吊,双吊梁多点柔性起吊,移动一次就位的设计方案进行研究,并形成了可实施性技术方案。

Abstract:The article introduces the successful technology solution for the transportation,lifting and laying of the ballastless slab turnout type No.42 applied on the subgrade section of Beijing-Shijiazhuang Passenger Dedicated Line.In Chinese high speed railway project,it is the first time to adopt the new technology solution for the transportation,lifting and laying of ballastless slab Turnout type No.42.The article focuses on the technology implementation and works out the practical technology solution.The short rails and the fastening systems are transported by the truck,and then assembled in advance.The long rails and the frog part are transported by the train to the site.Two crawler cranes and double traverses used to make flexible lifting at the multipoint and they moved in place one time.
