大跨度矮塔斜拉桥平面转体施工技术

摘    要:跨越京哈、津山及东联线3条铁路的公路立交桥,主桥为2×96 m孔跨的大跨度,转体重13 600 t,采用箱梁预制独塔斜拉后平转施工技术,解决了桥梁快速跨越铁路施工的安全、干扰问题;同时大吨位、大体积、大跨度箱梁转体,采用ZLD300电脑中控全自动千斤顶系统,利用安装在上转盘内部的钢绞线牵拉作为牵引及动力,系统解决了大吨位、大跨度箱梁在平转过程中的的连续、平稳、安全等一系列问题。

Abstract:Summary 2 × 96 m spans is designed for the main bridge the highway overpass over Beijing-Haerbin Railway,TianjinShanhaiguan Railway and Donglian Railway,and its twist weighs 13 600 t.box beam prefabricated single-pylon cableslayed bridge horizontal rotation technology is adpoted to solve the safety and distrubance problems during the construction over the railways.At the same time,the automatic jack system controlled by ZLD300 computer is used with the steel strands installed in the upper turntable as traction and power to ensure the continuation,stability and safety of the large tonnage,large volume and large span box beam horizontal rotate.
