摘    要:通过对在500 kV超高压电线低空跨越条件下公路大桥架梁施工安全技术与组织管理措施的研究并实施,以采用架桥机架梁方案为基础,对500 kV超高压电线低空跨越下的架梁工况条件、高压感应电场的强度和电流进行计算与分析,对作业人员和设备的伤害状况作出了分析,并提出了保证作业人员、设备和电力设施安全的防护技术与组织管理措施。

Abstract:Through researches and construction implementation of safety technology and organizational management measures for highway bridges installation under the conditions of 500 kV ultraigh voltage transmission lines above by low altitude, based on the program of bridges installation with bridge erector, the article introduces the calculation and analysis of bridges installation conditions, electrostatic induction intensity and electric current in high voltage electric field and their harm to operator and equipments under the conditions that 500 kV ultra-high voltage transmission lines above by low altitude. And protection technologies and organization management measures to ensure the safety of the workers, equipments and power facilities are proposed.
