浅埋偏压软岩隧道施工技术研究

摘    要:新寨隧道位于西秦岭褶皱系中,节理裂隙发育,岩体破碎,围岩主要以志留系碳质千枚岩为主。进口段位于滑坡左侧边缘,洞门左侧发育冲沟一条,最小埋深13~18 m,在此偏压、浅埋、软弱围岩的条件下施工难度大,特别是进洞施工安全风险高。以在建新寨隧道施工为依托,介绍了该隧道的施工方案及施工技术措施,总结得出一些处理类似问题的经验。

Abstract:Xinzhai Tunnel is located in the fold system of western Qinling Mountains,and the jointed and fractured surrounding rock,characterized by rock crushing,consists mainly of the Silurian carbonaceous phyllite.Import section is located at the left edge of the landslide,gully is formed at the portal with the minimum buried depth of 13 ~ 18m.The bias,shallow buried depth and weak surrounding rock causes great difficulties for construction,especially high security risk for tunneling.Based on the Xinzhai Tunnel under construction,the paper introduces the construction scheme and construction techniques and makes a summary of experience in dealing with similar issues.
