摘    要:在大跨度刚构连续梁悬灌施工过程中,根据施工监测的成果进行误差分析、预测和对下一节段立模标高进行调整,以此来保证成桥后桥面线形、合龙段两悬臂端标高的相对偏差不大于规定值以及结构内力状态符合设计要求。通过结构应力控制技术,确保在施工过程中桥梁结构的内力和变形始终处于容许的安全范围内,确保成桥状态符合设计要求。

Abstract:During the casting construction of the large-span continuous beam,construction monitoring results shall be used for the error analysis,prediction and the template elevation adjustment of next node to ensure the alignment of bridge deck,relative deviation of two cantilevers of the closure segment as well as the internal structure stress meet the design.By structural stress control technology,the internal structural stress and deformation of the bridge during construction shall be kept in safe range and the finished bridge shall meet the design requirement.
