TKH-ZKWC保持式真空集便器系统研制及关键技术

摘    要:根据真空集便系统的使用与安装技术条件,研制TKH-ZKWC型保持式真空集便系统,介绍系统组成与工作原理,阐述真空发生、水增压、便器冲洗、污物箱设计及系统电控等关键技术,通过整体性能和主要部件试验检测,满足25型等旅客列车安装、使用要求。

Abstract:According to its usage and application conditions, researched and developed TKH-ZKWC Type Retentive Vacuum Waste -Collection System. Introduce the components and working principles, present its key technologies such as vacuum generation, water pressurizing, toilet flushing, collection tank design and system control etc. Passing the experiments and tests including the system performances and main parts functions, results show the system suitable for application and usage in 25 passenger trains.
