浅埋富水黄土隧道开挖支护及塌方预防施工技术

摘    要:包西铁路BXS-1标段共有13座隧道,其中石沟渠隧道、新石佛山1号隧道、盘石岔隧道等8座隧道为黄土隧道,施工过程中有6座隧道发生过不同程度的塌方或地表开裂。以该标段13座隧道中最具有浅埋、富水及反坡排水等施工特点的石沟渠隧道为例,阐述了浅埋、富水、黄土隧道的开挖、初期支护及塌方处理等施工技术,为今后黄土隧道的设计、施工提供参考。

Abstract:There are 13 tunnels in Baotou-Xining Railway bid BXS-1.Of all these tunnels,Shigouqu Tunnel,Xinshife 1# Tunnel,and Panshicha Tunnel,etc.totally 8 tunnels are loess tunnels.During construction,collapse or crack with different degrees are seen in 6 tunnels.Taking the example of Shigouqu Tunnel,which is shallow-buried,water abundant,and adverse slope drainage as example,the article makes a detailed explanation of construction technology for tunnel excavation,preliminary bracing,and collapse treatment at shallow-buried and water abundant loess areas.It provides references for design and construction of loess tunnels.
