摘    要:结合沈阳地铁工程,介绍了盾构隧道下穿正在使用的小跨径钢筋混凝土连续梁桥的具体施工方法。重点阐述了地面防护与地下控制的施工理念,采取"盾构未动,防护先行"的施工策略。通过采取地面桥梁加固、变形隔离桩施工、盾构刀盘改造等前期措施,以及在地下施工中严格控制掘进参数,并在遇到突发事件时,启动了科学合理、及时有效的应急方案,化解了风险,最终确保了盾构安全平稳穿越桥区,未对在用桥梁产生开裂损坏及过量下沉等不良现象。

Abstract:In combination with Shenyang subway project,the paper introduces the construction method of shield tunnel under-pass the small span reinforced concrete continuous beam bridge in use.It focuses on the protection of ground and underground control construction concept with the construction strategy "protection comes before shield." by the pre-measures of reinforcing ground bridge,deformation isolated pile construction,shield blade innovation and strict control of underground tunneling parameters,and in case of emergencies,a scientific and reasonable,timely and effective emergency response program is started to resolve risk,and ultimately these measures ensure a safe and stable shield area through the bridge,without subsidence damage and cracking and other undesirable phenomena.
