| 摘 要： | 论文是在汽车智能化发展背景下,根据智能网联汽车技术更新加快、岗位职能转变、商业模式创新等特点,从专业知识技能和教学方式方法两个方面提出职业院校师资队伍建设要求,并从专业人才引进和师资队伍培养两个方向提出师资队伍建设的具体对策。

| Abstract: | Under the background of the intelligent development of automobile,according to the characteristics of intelligent network connected vehicle technology update,the change of post function and the innovation of business mode,this paper puts forward the requirements for the construction of teaching staff in Vocational Colleges from two aspects of professional knowledge and skills and teaching methods,and puts forward specific countermeasures for the construction of teaching staff from the two directions of professional talent introduction and teacher training. |
