汽车CAM盖板卡扣有限元分析及结构优化

摘    要:文章利用UG软件对汽车CAM盖板与CAM支架分离过程进行有限元模拟计算,分析了卡扣的最大应力、最大应变的分布趋势及分离力的变化情况,同时与实验结果对比验证有限元模型准确性。为了提高卡扣分离力,提出了卡扣结构优化方案,并对优化方案再次进行有限元分析,结果满足分离力要求,且与优化后产品分离力一致,说明类似问题利用UG有限元方法分析准确有效。

Finite Element Analysis And Structure Optimization Of Vehicle CAM Cover Snap

Abstract:The finite element analysis of separation process of vehicle CAM cover and CAM bracket was simulated and distribution of maximum stress and maximum strain were analyzed by UG,as well variation of snap pull-off force,the accuracy of the finite element model was verified by comparing with the experimental results.In order to improve pull-off force of snap,the structure of snap was optimized and calculated on basis of finite element method,the result met the specified requirement of pull-off force and was consistent with optimized product pull-off force,indicating finite element analysis method was accurate and effective in similar problems solving based on UG.
