摘 要: | 文章针对铝合金减震器塔的性能和结构要求,根据各种材料和工艺的特性,进行相应的材料设计、工艺设计,最终采用Silafont-36(AlSi10MgMn)进行材料成分微调,主要成型工艺为高真空压铸方式,对铸件进行T6热处理的方式。

Abstract: | In this paper,according to the performance and structure requirements of aluminum alloy shock tower,according to the characteristics of various materials and processes,the corresponding material selection and process selection are carried out.Finally,silamont-36(alsi10mgmn)is used to fine tune the material composition.The main molding process is high vacuum die casting and T6 heat treatment of castings. |
