| 摘 要： | 结果加重犯历来是刑法学研究的一个难点问题。本从外国刑法理论学说出发，通过分析外国刑法学中的结果加重犯罪，并结合中国刑法自身的实际，认为中国刑法规定了较多的结果加重犯，而且，应将它们归属于广义结构的结果加重犯罪，在此基础上，再区分不同的类别，对结果加重的未遂形态问题进行了尝试性研究。

| Abstract: | It is a difficult problem to study the result-aggr avated crime. This article probes into the result-aggravated crime in foreign p en al code on the base of the foreign criminal law theory. Starting from the Chines e practice, the paper point out that our Chinese criminal law sets many result -aggravated crimes, and they belong to extensive constructions result-aggrava ted crimes. Then it inquires into uncompleted-pattern of result-aggrav ated crimes according to their classifications. |
