摘    要:省(市、自治区)级行政区是铁路危险货物办理站的宏观布局载体。准确把握危险货物办理站宏观布局载体的本质特征,是实现危险货物办理站布局优化的首要前提。本文基于系统工程的思想,建立了危险货物办理站宏观布局载体评价指标体系,提出基于层次分析法和熵权法的主客观综合赋权法,在此基础上,对危险货物办理站宏观布局载体进行加权聚类分析,并针对各类载体内铁路危险货物运输供需矛盾的特点,提出了危险货物办理站布局调整与建设的相关建议,为科学配置铁路危险货物运输资源提供参考。

Abstract:Provincial administration regions are the macroscopic carriers of distraction of railway dangerous goods stations. To master the essential characteristics of the macroscopic carriers is an important prerequisite of optimizing the distribution of dangerous goods stations. In this paper, an index system for evaluating macroscopic carriers of distributed dangerous goods stations is established by the methodology of systems engineer- ing, and a comprehensive method of assigning weights for the indexes is proposed on the basis of the analytic hiberarchy process and entropy weight method. Through the weighted cluster analysis of the macroscopic carriers at the provincial level, the carriers involved are divided into three classes. Then, the primary contradictions between the supply and demand of dangerous goods transportation by railways in the regions of the divided carrier classes are unveiled, and the corresponding proposals are advanced to support the adjustment and optimization of distribution of dangerous goods stations.
