| 摘 要： | 私营经济是社会主义初级阶段经济中的一个有机组成部分，改革以来是在磕磕碰碰中向前发展的，社会的认识还远跟不上它的发展，坚持公有制的主体地位，如今在相当程度上已成为字上的东西，需要人们从理论到实践认真对待；坚持社会主义基本经济制度的最大难点是处理好公私两类经济的共存共荣关系。

| Abstract: | Private enterprises constitute an integral part of the economy at the primary stage of socialism. They have stumbled ahead along the road of China's reform, while the society hasn't fully understood their development. Maintaining the dominance of public ownership has, to some degree, become a matter of words, thus serious attitudes are required both in theory and in practice. Properly handling the relationship between public and private ownership is the key to maintaining the basic socialist economic system. |
