公路强制控速安全措施研究

对于在长下坡路段形成的道路事故多发点,如果不进行道路改线改造,则最有效的主动安全措施应该是对大、中型车辆实施强制控速。在大量调研和实车道路试验分析的基础上,提出了具有较强警示力度的高等级公路强制控速方案,开发了具有较高可靠性和控制效力的专用驼峰式强制减速带及其配套设施体系和实施工艺,并实际应用于G312咸永一级公路K1 562~1 568段的交通安全改善工程,经改造后1年运行期观察,交通事故次数年均下降率为58.2%,交通事故死亡人数年均下降率为91.3%,交通事故受伤人数年均下降率为82.9%,强制控速措施达到了预期目标,取得很好的改造效果。
