摘    要:通过强度试验、抗磨性试验和弯曲韧性试验,研究了聚丙烯纤维网对混凝土桥面铺装层性能的改性效果,并通过扫描电镜照片对改性混凝土的强度形成及微观结构进行了全面分析。试验分析表明,聚丙烯纤维网对提高混凝土桥面抗折强度、粘结强度、抗磨性、弯曲韧性以及微观结构的改善均有显著作用,并可降低压折比,改善渗透性和收缩性能。

Abstract:Through strength test,abrasion resistance test,and flexural toughness test,the modifying effects of reticulate polypropylene fiber on the performance of concrete bridge deck overlay are studied,and the strength forming and microcosmic structure of concrete are also overall analyzed by scanning electron microscope.Relevant tests and analysis show that the reticulate polypropylene fiber not only effectively enhances flexural strength,bond strength,abrasion resistance,and flexural toughness of concrete bridge deck as well as modifying effects of microcosmic structure,but also decreases the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength,and improves permeability and shrinkage.
