加油站通气管溢油现象分析

摘    要:加油站埋地储油罐卸油过程中发生喷油现象,经现场对通气管铺设进行开挖检查,发现通气管的横管埋地段不是坡向储油罐,而是向下倾斜。向储油罐卸油时,当储油罐内的液位高度超过其安全高度时,油品会进入通气管,导致通气管溢油。对通气管溢油的原因进行分析,为加油站储油罐发生类似事故提供了解决问题的方法。

Abstract:There occurs a phenomenon of oil ejection in the process of unloading oil into the buried-storage-tank in the gas station. Checking the layout of the flue pipe, we find that it is not down-storage-tank, but an inclination of the buried-transverse section of the flue pipe, that is the riminal. When oil is unloaded into the storage-tank, the liquid height in the tank is beyond its safety height, thus causing oil to flow into the flue pipe, and resulting inoil spillage. Through an analysis of the oil spillage from the flue ppe, a method is worked out to solve this problem.
