The importance of scenic design in the plane lay-out of the passengers-Oriented railway stations＇ catenary system is outlined in the paper.With all the requirements in functions,art and economy taken into account,put forward are some measures for beautifying the catenary system,such as using H-shaped columns and posts of the same length,and adopting reasonable forms of the plane lay-out.Under the premise of meeting the requirements in safety and reliability,the catenary system should be made to be in harmony and full agreement with the surrounding environment of the railway station.
