摘    要:在长378m,内径0.08m的水平不锈钢试验环道上利用空气和水进行了段塞流气量瞬变试验研究。试验采用压力变送器测量压力信号,将相邻两压力信号相减(上游减下游)得到压差信号。分析了气量减小瞬变过程中压力、压差的变化规律,对瞬变过程中的各种现象进行了详细分析和合理解释,并对气量减小瞬变过程中的压力过降值进行了定量描述。

Abstract:An investigation on the characteristics of gas flowrate decreasing transient within slug flow regime was carried out in a 378 m long,80 mm i.d.stainless steel pipeline.Air and water were used as the test fluids and the response to changes of gas flowrate was measured using a series of pressure transducers.Differential pressure signal was achieved by subtracting downstream pressure signal from upstream pressure signal.According to the test results,the development tendency of pressure and differential pressure along the pipe during the gas flowrate decreasing transient process was analyzed,and the reasons on these phenomena were also explained.A formula to calculate pressure undershoot value was proposed.
