陶瓷在超薄磨耗层中的应用研究

摘    要:首先对废陶瓷的来源及其处理过程进行了介绍,分析了由废陶瓷破碎而成的集料的各项物理力学指标。然后通过对陶瓷超薄磨耗层沥青混合料的配合比设计,研究不同陶瓷掺量下的沥青混合料的各项路用性能指标,分析陶瓷对沥青混合料路用性能的影响效果。进而,对陶瓷沥青混合料的热阻性能进行了检测,用室内热辐射试验测试陶瓷对沥青混合料降温效果的影响,评价陶瓷超薄磨耗层的热阻性能。最后,在总结陶瓷超薄磨耗层沥青混合料路用性能与热阻性能研究的基础上,确定在工程应用时沥青混合料中适宜的陶瓷掺量,并为其提供理论依据。

Abstract:Firstly,introduce the source and the production procedure of the waste ceramics briefly,research and analyze the various physics and mechanics index of the aggregate that comes from the waste ceramics by smashing.Then,research the various road performance index of the asphalt mixture with different ceramics ratio by the mix design of the ceramics ultra-thin wearing surface asphalt mixture,and analyze influence degree of the ceramics to the road performance of the asphalt mixture.And then,test and estimate the thermal resistance performance of the ceramic asphalt mixture,analyze the temperature decrease effect of it by thermal radiation test.At last,on the foundation of summarize the road performance and thermal resistance performance of the ceramics ultra-thin wearing surface asphalt mixture,propose the appropriate ratio of the ceramics in the asphalt mixture,and provide the theory basis for the practical application.
