摘    要:针对以往铁路空车调配优化研究中对时效性考虑不足的现状,考虑到空车过早或过晚到达都会给铁路运输企业带来额外的费用支出,按照空车运输费用、积压库存费用及延误损失费用之和最小的原则,建立基于时间窗(规定时间段)和区段空车运输能力约束的空车供需平衡调配优化模型。以由3个空车供应站、4个空车需求站组成的铁路运输网络为例,按照线性整数规划求最小值问题,运用LINGO软件进行仿真求解,得到最优空车调配方案。

Abstract:In allusion to the shortcomings of current optimization of railway empty wagon distribution does not consider the time efficiency enough,the authors analyze the premature or late arrival will produce extra costs to railway enterprise.A new optimal model of empty wagon supply equivalent to demand distribution with time-window and road segment capacity restriction is established based on the minimum amount of transport cost,stock cost and delay cost.The objective function of the model is the minimal summation of empty wagons' transportation cost and additional cost due to early or delayed arrival at wagon demand stations.By a practical example simulation of railway network composed of three wagon supply stations and four wagon demand stations,the authors used LINGO software to testify the proposed model based on the minimum value of integer linear problem and received the optimal empty wagon distribution plan.
