| 摘 要： | 论述了我国缺陷汽车产品召回立法及司法现状,运用比较法分析我国缺陷汽车产品召回制度中存在的突出问题,结合我国最新产品召回立法动态,主张应制定《缺陷产品召回法》,并就召回信息管理及民事责任提出完善建议。

| Abstract: | The present legislation and judicial situations of recalling the defective automobile prod- ucts in China were described. The prominent problems were analyzed by comparative analysis. Based on the legislative trend, some suggestions were put forward on enacting a law as Defective Product Recall Act and perfecting legal provisions, such as information management of recalling and civil liability. |
