摘    要:阐述A型地铁车辆司机室采用削形处理的原因,分析广州地铁二、八号线车辆底架边梁采用连接板过渡的不同有限元模型的计算结果和试验结果差异的原因,并针对该结构提出了几种优化设计解决方案,试验验证优化设计方案可行、有效。

Abstract:This paper presents the reason for using whittling of metro vehicles’ cab.It analyses the difference between the different finite element model calculation result and test results for the jointing board transit in Guangzhou Metro Line 2&8 vehicles underframe side beam.Several solutions to optimize the structure are put forward.The optimization designs are proved to be practical and effective by the tests.
