The rapid development of China Railway heavy haul transportation gained heavy applause of international railway industries, so we were very glad to see the 9th International Heavy Haul Conference opened at Shanghai, China on June 22. The heavy haul railway operators, equipment producers, researchers and consultants of design construction and maintenance institutions from all over the world, totally more than 500 peoples gathered together to communicate heavy haul transportation technology and the management experiences.
