摘    要:介绍了美国阳光大道桥被撞毁及重建的有关情况,通过美国国家运输安全局(NTSB)公布的事故报告、AA SHTO船撞桥梁设计指南和相关文献,提出了对我国现有通航桥梁进行风险计算评估的建议方法。

Abstract:A brief introduction about the collision and replacement of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge,USA is given.According to the Marine Accident Report NTSB/MAR-81/03,the Guide Specification and Commentary for Vessel Collision Design of Highway Bridge published by AASHTO,and the related references,the available calculation method for risk assessment on the bridge protection and ship collision of the existing navigable bridges are proposed.
