跨兴闫公路特大桥无缝线路综合试验研究

摘    要:跨兴闫公路特大桥无缝线路综合试验是秦沈客运专线跨区间无缝线路关键技术试验研究的内容之一,内容包括桥墩纵向刚度、梁体温度变化、道床纵向阻力、伸缩力、挠曲力、梁轨纵向相对位移等测试。总结了各项试验内容的试验方法和试验结果,采用实测参数计算了伸缩力和挠曲力的理论值。结果表明:理论值与试验值基本一致;试验经验和测试结果对于验证桥上无缝线路的理论分析模型,提高桥上无缝线路的设计水平具有重要意义。

Abstract:Continuously welded rail(CWR) on bridge is one of key techniques.The comprehensive experiment of CWR on the bridge across Xin-Yan highway was one of special topics of the experiment and study of the key technique for Qinhuangdao-Shenyang special passenger railway.The experiment included the measurements of pier longitudinal stiffness,beam temperature variation,ballast longitudinal resistance,expansion additional force,flexural additional force,longitudinal relative displacement between rail and beam and so on.The test methods and test results for each item were generalized.The theoretical values of expansion additional force,flexural additional force between rail and beam were calculated by using spot testing parameters.The results show that theoretical values are accordant with measurement values.The test experience and test results are very important to verify the theoretical analysis model of CWR on bridge and raise the design level of CWR on bridge.
