基于CATIA的汽车内外饰典型紧固件库开发及应用

摘    要:汽车内外饰件结构复杂,安装方式各异,应用的紧固件更是种类繁多,因此建立一个内外饰典型紧固件库,可以极大减少汽车开发时间,提高设计效率。文章从用途、材料及结构等方面对目前常用的紧固件进行了分析总结;应用CATIA知识工程技术,以簧片螺母及自攻螺钉为例,阐述了内外饰典型紧固件库的建立流程和方法;介绍了在某车型的出风口的设计过程中调用典型紧固件库的过程和方法。这种设计方法不仅可以提高设计效率,降低成本,而且为今后的内外饰设计工作提供参考和指导。

Development and Its Application of Typical Fastener Warehouse for Automotive Interior-Exterior Trim Based on CATIA
Abstract:The structure of automotive interior-exterior trim is complicated and mounting method is different. It also needs many kinds of fasteners. So establishing a typical fastener warehouse is able to reduce the vehicle design time and improve efficiency. The familiar fastener is analyzed and summarized in purpose, material and structure. Using CATIA knowledge engineering technology and taking the reed nut and self-drilling tapping screw as samples, the schedule and method of establishing the interior-exterior trim typical fastener warehouse is described. The process and means of applying the fastener warehouse in vent design in a vehicle is introduced. This method of design is proved to improve efficiency, reduce costs and provide experience for future design.
