| Abstract: | Starting from the definition and composition of labor cost in vehicle plant,this paper discusses the factors that affect the labor cost of vehicle plant,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current optimization mode which is the traditional lean manufacturing method.This paper focuses on the benefits and optimization methods of early product design optimization to improve the manufacturing efficiency and reduce the labor cost of vehicle plant. |
