白车身门盖包边液压机系统间油路互通的应用研究

白车身焊装车间,对于高节拍的门盖包边液压机线体,为了解决液压机由于油泵故障带来的停机减产问题,文章提供了一种白车身门包边液压机油路互通的方法,利用油路互通原理,通过操纵出现故障的压机系统和正常工作的液压机的供油阀和回油阀开关,并结合人机交互界面操控油路,最终实现两台液压机油路之间的互通,从而解决了液压机的停机故障问题。

Research on the Application of the Connection between Oil Circuits of Hydraulic Press Machine for Closure

In the BIW(Body-in-white)welding workshop,for the closure hydraulic press hemming line with high JPH(Job per hour),in order to solve the problem of shutdown and reduce production of hydraulic press machine caused by oil pump failure,this paper introduces a method of oil circuit connection between hydraulic press machine,with the principle of oil circuit connect each other,and operate the switch of oil supply valve and oil return valve of the hydraulic press machines between failure and normal working hydraulic press,and controls the oil circuit with human machine interface,and finally realizes the connection of oil circuits between the hydraulic press machines,so as to solve the problem of failure and shutdown for hydraulic press machine.
