港口铁路规划研究

研究目的：随着我国国民经济的持续快速发展和经济全球化的深入,带动了各港口吞吐量快速增长,需要有新的港口铁路规划与之相配套.通过对港口运量特点、铁路跨越式发展对铁路运输生产力布局调整和港口及城市规划等分析研究,得出影响港口铁路规划的关键因素,为做好港口铁路规划提供新思路. 研究方法：在分析既有港口铁路规划基础上,参考其它项目规划成果,通过调查和系统研究,对港口铁路规划进行深入探讨. 研究结果：港口运量和运输作业有其自已的特点,铁路跨越式发展和港口及港口城市新变化影响港口铁路规划布局. 研究结论：港口铁路总体规划要适应港口运量特点,同时做好与国铁路网和港口总体规划有机结合,强调港口规划的重要性.必须加强运营管理,提高运输效率.

Research on the Plan of Port Railway

Research purposes: With the continuing rapid development of China national economy and the deepening of economic globalization,the growth of the port handling capacity grows rapidly.So,the new port rail plan is needed.From analysis of the characteristics of the port volume,rail leapfrog-development of the railway transportation capacity,port and city planning,this paper draws the key factors affecting the port rail planning and gives a new idea.Research methods:On basis of existing port rail planning and through survey and systematic study, this paper deeply discusses the plan of port railway.Research results:Port transport volume and operations have their own characteristics,port and railway development by leaps and bounds and the new changes affect port rail port city planning layout.Research conclusions:Port general plan should adapt to the port rail transport volume features.At the same time,the national rail network should integrated with port general plan. We must emphasize the importance of port plan,(strengthen) the business management and improve transport efficiency.
