基于HyperWorks的客车车身骨架强度分析与结构改进

摘    要:以HyperWorks软件为分析平台,对某6 m长半承载式客车车身骨架进行有限元建模及多种工况下的强度计算,应力分析结果表明各工况下出现应力集中的部位大体一致,主要分布在车身骨架顶盖横梁与侧围焊接处以及左右侧围后部连接乘客座椅断开梁处。对局部结构进行加强并改进梁连接方式,消除其应力集中。

Abstract:Using HyperWorks software platform,the FEM modeling of a 6-meter-long half-load-bearing bus body frame was set up and the strength calculation was discussed under many kinds of operating modes.The stress analysis results indicate that concentrated stress area is almost same under different load conditions,mainly appears in the welding area of the body frame roof crossbeam and the side,and separate-beam connecting with the passenger seat in the back of left right side.Strength is greatly improved after the particular location is strengthened and the beam connection mode is improved.
