柴油机高压油管的三维设计与模态分析

摘    要:柴油机喷油泵高压油管是柴油机燃油系统高压油路的重要组成部分,其主要失效形式是由于谐振产生疲劳裂纹而最终导致的破坏。对某柴油机高压油管进行了三维布置设计;并对高压油管进行了模态分析,比较了高压油管无管夹固定与管夹固定两种情况下前5阶模态频率以及振形。分析结果表明,增加固定管夹可以明显提高高压油管的固有频率,能有效延长高压油管的寿命,并得到发动机台架试验的佐证。

Abstract:The fuel injection pipe of diesel engine is a key component in the high pressure oilchannel.Fatigue crackle resulted from syntony is the major failure mode.3D layout model of the diesel engine fuel injection pipe was set up.The first five orders modal frequencies and mode shapes were analyzed under the freedom and pipe-clip constraints.The analysis result indicates that it is an effective method to add pipe-clip for increasing natural frequency and life of the fuel injection pipes,which is proved by engine bench experiment.
