| Abstract: | This paper, from the legalistic point of view, sorts out the requirements in ship recycling convention and the current situation of Chinese ship recycling legislation, analyses the gap existed in the implementation legislation and puts forward relevant recommendation for the purpose of providing legislation support for the comprehensive implementation of ship recycling Convention. |
