小棕溪隧道整体道床病害原因分析及治理措施

摘    要:针对小棕溪隧道整体道床出现的病害问题,利用地质雷达测试和实验室试验结果,对病害产生的原因进行分析;依据运营隧道综合维修“天窗”限制,采用加固型TGRM水泥基特种灌浆料及其注浆工艺对该隧道整体道床病害进行了治理,实践结果证明,达到了治理的预期目的。

Analysis on Genesis of Monolithic Roadbed Diseases in Xiaozongxi Tunnel and the Countermeasures

Abstract:In relation to the diseases arose out of the monolithic roadbed of Xiaozongxi Tunnel, the genesis was analyzed by use of the results of GPR detection and laboratory test. According to the comprehensive restriction on maintenance gap for tunnel in operation, the diseases in the monolithic roadbed was treated by reinforced TGRM cement-based special grouting material and the grouting technology. The practice has proved that the expected goal is reached.
