流动注射-化学发光法测定啤酒中痕量铬的研究

摘    要:利用流动注射-化学发光法测定啤酒中痕量铬,采用正交设计试验找出了最佳测定条件。结果表明本法具有操作简便、测量快速、灵敏度高、稳定性好等优点,并已被成功地用于啤酒中痕量铬的测定。方法的线性范围为1×10-6~1×10-9kg/L,检出限为8.2×10-12kg/L,回收率为96.3%,与标准方法相比,测定结果无显著性差异(P>0·05)。

Abstract:A new mothod for the determinationof Cr3+ by flow injection analysis-chemiluminescenceanalysis is proposed in the paper. The optimal condition was found by right-cross test. This method israpid, simple, stable and sensitive and has been successfully applied to determinate chromium in beer.The linear range is 1 x 10-6~ 1 x10-9g/ml, limit ofdetection is 8. 2 x 10-12g/ml, recovery is 96. 3%.The results obtained with the proposed method arewell in agreement with those of the standardmethod.
