摘    要:根据舰船电力系统的特点和特殊环境要求,研制了一种爆炸活塞式大容量限流保护装置,并设计了额定640 V/2 000 A的工程样机,进行高速开断器的分断试验和整机限流试验。试验结果表明:高速开断器能在分断信号发出后150μs内分断,分断速度达到了33 m/s;整机可将预期峰值100 kA,时间常数4.17 ms的短路电流限制在14.5 kA内。

Abstract:A high-capability current limiter with explosive piston was developed according to the characteristics of marine power system and its special environment requirements.A 640V/2000A prototype was developed to carry out the current interrupting test and current limiting test.The test results indicate that the high-speed interrupter can open in 150μs after the dictation and the speed is 33m/s;The fault current(prospective peak value:100kA,time constant: 4.17ms) is limited to 14.5kA.
