| 摘 要： | 分析了小松PC200-8型液压挖掘机发动机转速传感器的工作原理,给出了关于转速传感器的故障代码,提出了故障代码E15-CA689出现时的转速传感器故障诊断程序,对发动机出现闷车、功率不足等故障现象时提出了解决方法。对于用户判断处理由于转速传感器引起的挖掘机故障有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The working principle of the engine speed sensor of type-PC200-8 hydraulic excavators is analyzed in this paper,with its fault code presented.When the fault code of E15-CA689 presents itself,the fault diagnosis procedure of the speed sensor is put forward,with suggested resolutions to the faults of the engine being stuffy and insufficient in power offered.The paper may serve as a useful reference for users,who may want to judge and deal with the faults of the speed sensor of the excavator. |
